have used for full 8 weeks and found it excellent...my question..can this product be used for another 8 weeks? should there be a break inbetween resuming treatment?

My friend give me- Eliberth aden - Alpha-ceramide I already used step 1-step 3 half year ago. Now I would like to use step 4 but I don't have direction. Who can told me - How to use(as I am from Taiwan I can't find this item in our department store): 1. Every night or once a week? 2. If use everyday is it too strong for the skin?
